One on One Coaching

This is deep, tailored support for folks who want to work closely together. We'll co-create a strength training practice that honors your goals, your pace, and your body.

Includes

Ideal if you want real-time coaching, accountability, or support through big transitions (like post-surgery recovery or getting back into movement after a break.)

Sliding Scale: $75 - $125 / hour long session

Pair Coaching

Bring a friend and train together! This is a more cost effective and social way to train with me while still getting individualized attention and planning.

Includes

Ideal if you want the real-time coaching, privacy, and accountability of a 1:1 but at a lower cost and/or with more of a social element.
